The right event leadership changes everything.

Whether you are navigating an unexpected gap or making a strategic decision to bring in senior leadership without a full time hire, Boss Collective delivers the executive experience, strategic thinking, and hands on accountability that makes the difference between an event that performs and one that just happens.

No ramp up. No hand holding. No learning curve.

Boss Collective was founded by Jeanne Dubosse, CMP, an event executive with 20 years in the events industry, including a decade at the senior leadership level across nonprofit, corporate, banking, technology, medical, and design sectors.

Before founding Boss Collective, Jeanne served as VP of Live Events, where she delivered events that generated $17.1M in revenue, produced experiences for 18,000+ attendees, managed 173 sponsoring companies, and maintained 72% profitability on large-scale production.

She has sat at the executive table. She knows how to speak to your board. And she has never needed someone to tell her twice what is at stake.

How We Engage

Two ways to bring in senior leadership.

Fractional Event Executive

For organizations that need senior event leadership without a full time hire: whether that means stepping into an unexpected gap or serving as the dedicated executive lead for a signature annual event.

Jeanne embeds at the level your situation requires, owns the strategy and execution, and operates as a true leadership partner for as long as the engagement demands.

Executive Event Production

For organizations that need senior leadership scoped to a single event.

Jeanne comes in as executive producer: setting the standard, running the room, and making sure every decision serves the goal.

Same caliber of leadership. Focused engagement.

  • Jeanne served as senior event leader on AIA's conference programming, overseeing content, production, and financial performance at scale. "Jeanne combines attendee awareness with business savvy, balancing financial goals with exceptional experience. Her knowledge spans every facet of conference development. I cannot say enough good things about working with her."

Michele A. Russo | VP, Research and Practice - American Institute of Architects

  • Jeanne and John collaborated closely at AIA, where he led sponsorships and she drove event strategy and production. They worked in lockstep across programming, revenue, and organizational goals. "Jeanne has the instincts for connecting the content and themes of an event to its mission and vision. She develops personal relationships and still finds ways to stretch the thinking of organizational leaders."

John Crosby | CEO, Window and Door Manufacturers Association | Former Head of Sponsorships, American Institute of Architects

  • Jeanne partnered with Red Velvet Events on AfroTech, one of the largest technology conferences celebrating Black innovation in the country. "Jeanne is a force. Calm under pressure, sharp and decisive, and relentlessly accountable. She's the kind of leader you want on your team."

Hayden Lockaby | VP, Strategy & Growth - Red Velvet Events

  • When George P. Johnson, a global experiential marketing agency, needed a program lead for a new client event they were adding to their portfolio, they brought Jeanne in. It was a new client, a new event, and a role GPJ does not typically extend to outside contractors. They made an exception based on her strategic approach and her ability to deliver. The two-day summit drew 1,000 attendees. "She steps in naturally, keeps teams aligned, and pushes things forward without letting details slip. I'd confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a partner who can lead, take ownership, and deliver when it matters most."
