The central
nervous system
your events need.

Boss Collective exists for leaders who are done relying on execution alone.

You have a vision. You have an event.
What you need is someone who can hold the strategy, the operations, and the people together so you can lead with confidence.

The Origin

Boss Collective wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a decision to stop accepting environments that compromise integrity and start building something rooted in purpose.

After two decades leading events at some of the most recognized organizations in tech, associations, and media, including shaping one of the most influential tech gatherings for Black professionals in the country, founder Jeanne Dubosse walked away from the corporate path and chose a different one.

One built on her terms. Her values. Her way of working with people.

The name Boss Collective isn't about ego. It's about ownership of your craft, your standards, and the impact you choose to create. That philosophy shapes everything we do.

Meet Jeanne

Jeanne Dubosse, CMP, is an experiential leader with over 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and execution.

She has led large-scale, high-stakes events across tech, nonprofits, associations, and media owning everything from executive strategy to complex, city-wide production. Her work has driven outcomes including $17M+ in event revenue, 25,000+ attendees, and hundreds of sponsoring partners within a single event ecosystem.

But what sets Jeanne apart isn’t just scale. It’s how she leads.

She approaches events as business tools, not deliverables. Before a venue is sourced or a timeline is built, she pushes for clarity on what the event is meant to achieve whether that’s revenue, brand positioning, or long-term growth.

She is known for bringing structure to complexity, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, and staying grounded in high-pressure environments where others lose clarity. Her leadership is shaped in part by her Haitian heritage where resilience isn’t theoretical and accountability isn’t optional. It is also rooted in the values instilled by her father, who taught her that excellence is a responsibility, not a preference. That belief shapes how she leads teams, makes decisions, and holds the line with clients and partners in environments where the margin for error is small.

Today, Jeanne works as a fractional event executive, partnering with organizations to lead critical events at the strategic level while ensuring execution delivers on that vision.

That is the leadership Boss Collective brings to every engagement.

How we work

We start with why

Every decision traces back to your organization's purpose. We don't build until we understand what we're really solving for.

We stay calm so you can too

Events are unpredictable. Our job is to hold the center — so your team, your speakers, and your attendees never feel the chaos.

We connect the dots

Strategy without execution is a dream. Execution without strategy is noise. We bridge both — and make sure everyone can see the picture.

We lead with integrity

Our word is our contract. We say what we mean, do what we say, and build partnerships that outlast the event itself.

You don't need another vendor.
You need a partner.
