The leader you didn't know you needed.

Meet Jeanne

Jeanne Dubosse, CMP, is an event executive with 20 years in the events industry, including a decade at the senior leadership level across nonprofit, corporate, banking, technology, medical, and design sectors.

But credentials only tell part of the story.

Jeanne started Boss Collective because she wanted to choose how she works. After two decades in the business, she had the experience, the instincts, and the conviction to build something on her own terms. Something that reflects her values fully, not partially.

Her approach to leadership is direct and people centered. She will give you honest feedback, make hard calls without flinching, and hold the line when things get complicated. She will also see your team as humans first. Understanding what motivates them, why their work matters, and how to bring out the best in them under pressure. That combination of directness and empathy, accountability and care, is what keeps her engagements on track when other productions start to drift.

She approaches every event as a business asset that is expected to deliver results. Before a venue is sourced, a contract is signed, or a timeline is built, she pushes for clarity on what the event is actually meant to achieve. Revenue. Brand positioning. Audience growth. Long term value. She wants to know the north star before she takes a single step, and she makes sure everyone around her never loses sight of it.

Her leadership is shaped in part by her Haitian heritage where resilience isn't theoretical and accountability isn't optional. It is also rooted in the values instilled by her father, who taught her that excellence is a responsibility, not a preference. That belief shapes how she leads teams, makes decisions, and holds the line with clients and partners in environments where the margin for error is small.

Before founding Boss Collective, Jeanne served as VP of Live Events, where she delivered events that generated $17.1M in revenue, produced experiences for 18,000+ attendees, managed 173 sponsoring companies, and maintained 72% profitability on large-scale production. Across her 20 year career she has operated at every scale, from intimate executive gatherings to conferences drawing tens of thousands of attendees.

She has sat at the executive table. She knows how to speak to your board. And she has never needed someone to tell her twice what is at stake.

That is the leadership Boss Collective brings to every engagement.
