Project Description:
Haitian Ladies Network came to Boss Collective for on-site executive production leadership for their annual Haitian Ladies Weekend. Jeanne built and led a coordinated on-site team, developed a full crowd flow plan, and served as the single point of contact across all workstreams throughout the event.

The result was the smoothest execution the organization had experienced to date. Registration ran efficiently, food service lines moved without significant wait times, and attendees and volunteers alike noted the difference that having coordinated, senior leadership on the ground made.
